OS4 is for mac 10.5 & upwards only - bugga
 

Hi, anyone else in my position as im still on OSX 10.4.8 ?

Access - any chance of a 10.4 installer compatible with Tiger (ive tried the os4 installer with no luck) All I need is the hardware unit upgrade as I dont use VC, just midi.

Lastly slightly off topic - upgrading from Tiger to Leopard - Ive heard its a right ol' ballache when it comes to loosing plugins etc, does anyone have an experience of this, or am I talking rubbish ?

Why not upgrade OS 10.4.8 to OS 10.4.11...maybe that will do the trick..???

I have no problem whatsoever to update my Virus on my Mac with OS 10.4.11.

hah.. that was a typo.. im actually on 10.4.11 and i cant connect anymore to the virus with the new Virus OS/installer
