If you can make a youtube video and post it that could be more helpful. I have a couple keys that are kind of rubbery clicky when I push them down. It shouldn't be something bad at least from what it sounds like.

I have 3 keys which make a very loud clicking noise when I release my finger. It happens when the key 'snaps' back into the 'up' position.

I was just wondering whether any of you have experienced something similar or would care to guess what is causing it. Having spent alot of money on it....its not something im prepared to endure for eternity. This is not an Access issue....I believe it is Fatar who make the keybeds. I have sent an email to both Access and Fatar to see if they can shed light on this or offer assistance. I want to sort this out as its kinda dampning my enjoyment of an otherwise perfect synth.

Cheers

hard to tell without hearing it but i sometimes have the feeling that the metal housing of the virus kind of resonates the keyboard noise. at the same time, if it's only three specific keys, maybe there is actually something wrong with the keyboard. if you feel uncomfortable with the noise, maybe you should contact access support and arrange for a repair.

best, marc

My Korg Trinity was dreadful for key action noise, it was so loud. Couldn't even dream of playing it at night (with headphones) with others in the house, the keys resonated that loudly (on key release).
