Check out this 2.7.3 bug (video)

Video (no sound)

Intel Mac Quad, OS X 10.4.10
Digi002, PT LE 7.4

I'm adjusting the portamento parameter as I'm playing, and watch what happens with the pan knobs for parts 8-16, and the filter envelope..

Best,
Alex

OMG ... just running the firmware update in the moment

edit: couldn't reproduce it on the VSTi version, so i guess only RTAS affected.

All right, thanks for checking.. It seems to be a mac+pt+rtas issue, yes.. I have yet to see anyone else complaining about this issue (I had a similar problem with one of the public betas earlier, where the filter envelope thing happened if I selected the hypersaw and started tweaking it.

Best,
Alex

I can confirm that this is happening on my system as well. Pro Tools doesn't even need to be playing. If you simply adjust the Portamento, the Pan on parts 9-16 will move, one by one.

Windows XP SP3
Virus TI Polar OS 2.7.3
Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4cs5
Profire 2626

Ok, did you also get the filter envelope changes? Glad someone else also experienced this, I had yet to see anyone else complain about it.

I'm using a Polar too by the way, but I guess that's irrelevant in this case.

That's good news if others can reproduce it, hopefully Access should be able to home in on it more easily.

Crazy symptoms!
