Ring Modulation and FM?
 
Wel... I've been reading allot, but when it comes down to where somethings are used for I feel a little lost... Everywhere I can read the theorie of what ring modulation and FM is. But nowhere I can find any applications of it. I am looking for examples where it can be used for...

I hope someone can reveal some ''synth secrets'' more then I found in the SOS magazine. It would be a greatfully help...

You can make interesting sound effects with Ring mod if you set osc volume to 0, ring mod to 127 and slowly modulate pitch of ONE of the two oscillators across many octaves.
