i created an account at Access but for whatever reason i can't sign in.

i'm dying to start using Virus Control.

Access has been trying to help me but so far...no dice.

tried a new password, cleared cookies, tried a different computer, made another account with a different email. still...............zip.

Its a large file so had to use the yousendit feature on yahoo.

I just checked my sent box & downloaded the file so not sure what the problem is...should be good to go.

Oh f**k your on windows...it's the Mac file! You might have said what platform you are on. After all that it's no good to you. Maybe some PC user can help you out :(
