Hey all, thought I would check out some psy / prog patch banks from psy load for my TI.

This intelligent digital detail of sound design is out of my league, thought I would dissect some sounds to see how they are done...

My question: is this site dodgy?

I ordered a Ti patch bank and payed with credit card, the order didn't process correctly, not like any normal online credit card purchase would.

I received an email saying order status pending.

If I followed the link in order details email, then I was directed to a paypal invoice, I called my bank to see if the funds had been processed and they had not...

So i decided to pay the pay pal invoice, but paypal dose not do transactions with this country...

There is no way of contacting them, I replied to the order notification email but it did not go through...

I sent an email to the one on there site and that did not go through.

I discovered they had a forum, there seems to be a few people with problems too.

has any one here had dealings with this crowed?

What should I do?

EDIT = resolved / got the bank, must have been a bug with the site...

looks a bit dodgy...


by the way...i make psy too...if u would like to exchange some patches etc...that may help us learn some more stuff...

I dont have many patches of my own yet LOL :) , I only recently got my unit...

I purchased one of there Psy-Trance sample packs about a year ago, maybe longer which came in the post.....no idea what country they are from but I remember the website was very basic.

The sample pack was quite good :cool:

Just had a look, it was Psytrance explosion vol. 1 with free download of psy-trance bass samples.

The website was alot more basic than it is now

I thought I would download after I payed...

How did you pay for yours?

I cant contact them, seems a little odd that's all...

It was over a year ago when I got it so my memory is a little hazey, I can't remember if it was credit card or paypal. :confused:

I remember it took a little while to arrive but i think it came from Germany.

Have you tried cancelling it and starting again?

I always find it really FRUSTRATING when you can't contact companies :mad:

It's bad enough doing it over emails but no contact is silly!

Bhc303, I don't know if you would be interested but dancemidisamples.com do a Psy-Trance patch bank for Native Instruments Massive. I've bought some sample packs from them in the past which are good

Yeah I don't understand it, I own my own company and we would never get away with treating people like that.

I had an email from them yesterday about a new Psy trance sample pack.....you would think they would sort out their existing customers before selling more stuff :mad:

working on it, don't get much time these days for music creation...

every time I jump in the studio I Find myself trouble shooting equipment than making tunes or sound design...

Updated live to the most recent version and now my Kenton dose not receive clock to sync up my 303, my 101 receives cv / gate but the TB No worky :confused:

that's just the latest woe... my elektron gear & sound card, well, that's another story all together...

I know the feeling, I spent a year getting my pc stable. It went back to millenium music who built it a couple of times and they would send parts to me to change myself.....got there in the end though.

I haven't had much time to work on stuff myself, but I've got back into 1 night a week now but I could do with more :sad:

tried again today... SUCCESS ! ! ! :p

must have been a bug with the payment side of things, It was not a instant download though, I thought it had gone pare shape again but I got an email a few hours later saying my patch bank is ready!!!

so these guys are for real! no scam!

How are the patches? Are they any good?

Yeah good, Some really usable sounds, classic, dark, light (Sounding) & some good fx to.
