1) Film Soundtrack (synthy)
2) Italo Disco 3) Old School Hip Hop 4) 70's Funk/Disco 5) Electronic/Dance/Trance Examples: Film Soundtrack: The Hitcher (1986) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CK3wi...ure=plpp_video Italo Disco: Fancy (1984) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzD9C...ure=plpp_video Old School Hip Hop: Breakin' (1984) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qOpD...eature=related 70's Funk/Disco: Laser (1981) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LG1p5...ure=plpp_video Electronic/Dance/Trance: Michael Cassette (2012) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rj6_W4F3__g These are not in order of preference...because my mood state changes. Im listening to alot of Italo Disco right now. Much of the music was made between 1981-1986 and originated from Italy (suprise suprise). Im also listening to alot of Michael Cassette because he has an 80's vibe going on with his Roland Juno 106. His album Temporarity was made almost exclusively with it. Check out the bass, arpegios, pads and some leads. Give you an idea of what im listening to atm.... DS |
