Just watch the videos put up on the new Access Website :) Goes well in-depth into the TI.

Unfotunately, I don't think there's an updated version of the tutorial for the TI.

Thats a shame you would have thought someone might have done one by now i pritty sure it would sell well if someone where to write one.

My problem is i know a fair bit about my virus and how to program certain sounds but struggle a lot with some sounds i want to make and just carnt do it. This usually means the TI gets left turned off as i just dont have the time really to try and program it. A revised guide would be a god send

It definitely is a great piece of information, but I found it somewhat lacking. It does provide "some" guidance as far as how to emulate "particular" idiosyncrasies of some vintage gear, but, doesn't really do enough in the way of patch dissection. Great starting point, though.

I can honestly say that the Sound On Sound Synth Secrets series is worth it's weight in gold. Problem is, they don't really cover much in the way of lead sounds, pads, etc.. It's more aimed at emulating real instruments and sounds. It's unfortunate that there is really no "definitive" guide on synthesis. I really do think that is a void that is waiting for someone to fill. Every book always seems to have something missing. I think it's hard to learn synth secrets with a web page only, it would be better with other passionate... but where to find a sound design teacher? not in a music school... I see the path on the virus bank and I think I'm lost because of all the possibilities... only on the osc... so much!

you could try opening a preset in the vst thing if you have a virus ti, and then writing down the perameters in a txt document and then re-creating it from scratch. then when you want to make your own sound, you know what to change or reconstruct to get it to sound right
