Thats Probably not such a good thing,that you haven't sold it.Cause when the Ti runs stable you will not get as much money for your C as if you sold it now cause everyone will want a Ti...

Who said that i would ever sell my Virus C. I?d rather keep it and use my money on some other gear. I?m sure the Virus TI is a great synth but so is the Virus C and i?m sure that i can live without the extra features. The only reason for me to buy a TI would be to get wavetables and hypersaw. I don?t really care about the TI part :roll: When i think of all the gear i could buy from the difference in what i could get for the C compared to what the TI costs i know what the answer is :twisted:

Very disappointed though. I can understand that it is better to deliver a working OS this time, totally bug-free (yeah, right)....and don?t mind waiting for it (well, a little bit..)....as long as I know how long.

it's very simple: If access don't release a much improved OS 1.1, they would be regarded as unable and suffer an image damage...

I don't really mind if they need another month but then release a bugfree OS (although I don't believe they will ever manage this; they postponed the TI line for a long time and still released a bugbox). However, I don't think I would have the same easy opinion on this if I would have bought it the date it has been released and had no improvement till now

Truth is.."IF" Access delivers, we'll all shortly forget how upset we are :? . Sadly though, I have never seen a product released in such a state as this get fixed with updates. Unless that update is a newer generation of that model. I mean logic tells me that if they knew what to do to fix it, it would have been done long ago (like in the development / prototype stages) when the problems are this significant. I am hoping I'm wrong. Public pressure did not force Access to release the Virus TI and, thankfully, it will not force them to release the 1.1 update. There have been a number of great posts on this forum suggesting that Access stop trying to do it ALL in one update. Surely this must have occured to them at some point. I'm assuming there is some problem that has them stumped. Virus TI 2 anyone?

I bet OS 1.1 is gonna fix all the major bugs, everyone here will be happy at last and forgive access and marc and ben dare to visit this forum again

Hopefully it will fix my sync issues...otherwise I'm going to Ebay this one for good and get a new pc instead.

I agree, it's frustrating for sure, but bitching and whining solves nothing. Maybe these forums needs a seperate "Rant" section where people who want to vent can say their piece, and the rest of us can get on with trying to help each other out?

Seriously, most things are solved by bitching and whining. Would you really want Access thinking "Hey no one's complaining, everyone must be happy with our current drivers and our inability to deliver what we promised them before purchase"? If people aren't happy about something and there is a place for them to voice that, then gosh darnit that's what they are going to do!! :roll: Does it really take any more time to bitch than it does to tell folks to not bitch? Even more importantly it gives others researching a Virus TI purchase more info of what people are currently experiencing and a good indication of what to expect. I know I wish I had found these forums earlier, I would have surely waited because I bought into the TI hype.

Having said all that, the same people constantly complaining about the same thing solves nothing....oops I hear my wife again.. :cry: Later.

Yes I'm married, and I can assure you Access is well aware of the problems with the TI.
