Just Ordered My Ti! What Should I Be Aware Of?

I am running on OS 10.4.4, 2.5GB RAM on a 2.0DP G5, and I use Logic 7.1.1 (Have been using Logic for a few months) , and Ableton 5.03 (have been using Live since V1.5).
I have been reading this forum now for quite a while, and just thought I should ask you all what issues I should be aware of. Generally, I know it is still buggy, and I will RTFM- just looking for a heads-up-

Thanks in advance!

Sore hands from playing with your TI!!

Ditch the 16bit 44.1Khz USB audio and use the glorious 24bit 192Khz D/A converted main outs - they sound so much better. And wait for OS 1.1...

At least it allways seems to be when Ive been there - Pioneer square mostly...

Nice tune on your Myspace mate, Electric Blanket has a kind of Spiritualized thing going on there, heard them at all?

Yeh - they have a large office here in the UK - not on Redmond's scale obviously :)

Next time Im over - will have to pester you guys for the *good* places to go - I usually end up staying at the Hyatt in Bellevue - good beer there, hooters outside, but otherwise a bit out of the way...

PM me when you make it down this way.

WOW- totally unexpected, Thank you..

Just got home from a hard days work- checked for responses on my post here, and was pleasantly suprised that I had, not only helpful straight-to-the-point advice, but props for one of my songs! Yeah (actually all of those songs are rough ideas) I am waiting for the TI to flesh out the material...

I started reading the manual, and alot of it makes sense, but I can't wait until I get my hands on that thing (I am sick of playing the TI demo songs trying to envision the types of sound I will create with it)- I've been using nothing but soft-synths thus far.

One thing I am really interested in is making my own Arpeggios- you can do it in live and in logic, but (atleast by looking at the screenshots) the virus control looks *relatively* easy and powerful. Has the "Drunken" arp bug been addressed/fixed?

Thanks again! This forum speaks for itself.

No, but I am checking them out on itunes now.. (and now currently purchasing javascript:emoticon(':D'))

Thanks for the find!
