But I have a firm belief that trancer hive is more like an ant hive: They all look the same and do exatly the same things. In addition if one of the hive members make something else it probably dies and the corpse is consumed by the others. Wow! Nature is really wonderful.

I usually avoid those hives because first of all they have creativity draining aura. Once I wandered too near one of those hives and that was an experience I won't ever forget. Think of the situation: You're just harmlessly wandering around and suddenly you feel that it's a good idea to use 909 drums and 303 sounded cool. Then I saw the glow of the hive and with my very last strenght I managed to escape the horror. Some people are still amazed that I came back.

But I'm the seafaring kind. Please, don't post the pictures. I'd rather go spend my time to rotten.com than see those pictures of your's.

I think we should do something for this hive issue. Any ideas? Should someone of us sacrifice hmself/herself and deliver a package of good music to the heart of the hive?

Synthesizers aren a problem here. We all need synthesizers. Maybe there's a way to dilute the river? That could help a bit. And without diluting/destroying the river a transformation to guitarists, pianists and drummers would cause a new era of Britt pop.

Yes, I know - but what i mean is that if we destroy every synthesizer now -> there are bound that someone builds new synthesizer but this time we control the production and there shall not be a single synthesizer that has the words "perfect for tranceproducers/dj's - just hit the button and hear the lead go into an awesome arpeggio with automation on the cutoff / resonance tweaking". Maybe we just could chuck in some guitars/drums/electric piano/piano in the 'river of uncreativity' and maybe we will get a sort of balance in the river (almost like yin/yang). Just to clear up this, I know Juho way back when when was doing trance under same roof as goaarchive. But somehow we got cured. We went somewhere else. I know for a fact that juho and I are cured. Our 3 other members seems lost in tranceland. I sometimes fool around do a trancesoung for the kicks. But mostly, hiphop, dub, house and techno coming from sunesha now.

TranceMP3.no-ip.com (yup, it does say TranceMP3, but all types of dance are fully covered - unfortunately everybody calls dance "trance" thesedays, pesky things) is very cool as there's lots of people there (1000+), but beware not to mention the old "Essential Sets" hub that was run by Oldo, otherwise you'll get instantly kicked/banned by the Ops. ;)
