THIN!

Why is F--A--T so great?
............what's wrong with thin?

fat is old hat
thin is in
:wink:

Tomer=Trance 25.11.2003 03:22 PM

a fat sub bass is cooler then a thin sub bass :wink:
but there is nothing wrong with thin as long as the sound is beautiful.
again its a matter of personal taste...

How about tight? I hear tight basses can be better than long basses depending on your mix.

I have a preference for warm rich analog sounds. Jupiter 8, Oberheim, Prophets, Moogs. I can make wide sounds on the virus....but they always tend to sound a little 2 dimensional....I guess thats the limitation of software. 5 years time....software will be powerful enough to make truly convincing analog sounds.

Fat sounds are so much more satisfying than thin weedy sounds.

Thin is in? Not in my house it aint muhahahaha......

See, I like the nl2 from what I have heard. But I have never heard any good trance patches for it. I have heard spades for the nl3 but not the 2. I could go get a modular and use the nl2 model i suppose but then I would not have the interface. Speaking of the interface i like the one on the nova.
Will the nl2 rack mount in a six u space and have room for cables?
