I just got homefrom my operation. All went well, the Doctor told my wife that the damage was more sever than the MRI indicated, which explains the pain I've been experiencing for some time now.

I have to wear an "immobilizer" for four weeks: THAT IS AN ETERNITY FOR ME!

The pain meds are kicking in though, typing is not so easy right now.

Yes indeed, Doc Jones, it was a labrum tear, specifically a SLAP tear.

Looks I'll be doing a lot more cardio this summer than I thought, because this is going to take a month or two to feel even close to normal from what I can tell. Oh well, it could be alot worse so I'm not going to bitch.
