It says worldwide on the website. I would think (hope) they have already begun to ship them to suppliers or will do very soon, so the actual release date is 3rd Oct.

I think thats when Access start to ship them to their main distributors.

Turnkey in London are expecting their main delivery on the 10th according to an update I just got from them - and as they are the primary UK distributor for them, I cant see anyone else getting them much sooner, and similar for the main US distributors.

I wouldnt expect to get one until that week at best.

If you mean new - then no - even when dealers where flogging off the last of them early this year they were fetching full price.
