Buy an andromeda, if you think the waiting for the TI gets too long. You won't be disappointed if you have experience in sound programming. Virus sure has more great presets to play with but the andro just sounds so cool. I have been programming some new incredible sounds with my A6 lately. I have now got further into the synth and I can say that it can sound great when you know how to use the modulations etc. It's just so damn complex at first. Now I know maybe 20% of what the synth can do (the basics). There's so much tweaking. I will put a link to a demo mp3 maybe in a near future...

F5D....yeah..if you get the chance plz post an MP3. Cheers bud 8)

seconded... I'd love to hear the Andromeda.
In fact... why are we waiting for a digital synth when the Alesis is the real deal for the same price? Can someone help clear my head about this.. I'm confused, and having doubts... |
The A6 is indeed of the same price....and its also nice to know that when you buy one...it wont be superceeded (ever!). If your after strict analog sounds....then the A6 is naturally a better choice.

that's not what I needed to hear!
I needed to hear: "...Shut up you dick, Virus TI is the absolute shit. You don't reaaaally need Analogue, especially when the Total Integration increases your productivity and lets you focus more on creative practice than setting up time consuming recording channels/routing..." ... but thanks for being honest anyway... Anyone else considering getting an A6? |
