i think nova music allows you to return a product after 4 days.
not sure if this is valid in case you opened the original box....

Nova returns stuff no questions asked for the first 30 days. Also explained to them the situation, and they concurred that the OS was not finished also, so they took it back no questions.

Umm, every OS update could be considered as the previous OS version being incomplete, but that isn't the issue...

The problem in Spectralis's case is that they didn't advertise what they were actually selling! Truely misleading.
