im skipping 1.08 and waiting for 1.1, everythings going pretty well on 1.07, dont want to risk stuffing it up when no new features have really been added.

OK, so I uninstaled 1.08, and reinstaled 1.07. Rebooted. Started Live again: Still constant clicks and pops when playing sounds from the Ti...

Sleepwalker. What buffer size are you using in your DAW?

Im using Live 5.03, on a intel centrino M 2ghz laptop. Soundcard is Onyx Mackie FW mixer conected to the firewire port. In the usb ports, I have the Virus Ti, a Korg micro kontrol, and an X-Station.

Output Latency is set to 85 ms

I have no clue about latency! :P

Sleepwalker 27.01.2006 02:04 PM

Yikes! Now the virus control interface want load at all. It starts, but just freezes instantly. Reeboted a few times. Tried some different latency setings. Same problem still. This is the 1.07 dirver.

Hey girl next door, what you think about this?

MonkeyMan 27.01.2006 05:32 PM

Sleepwalker. Try a buffer setting of 256 and take it from there - the lower the buffer setting the more the CPU drain which can cause all sorts of freezing if it's overworked. Shut down all unused background programs - including internet connections, spyware, virus software etc. Let us know how you get on...
