Latest words from access, TI will be shipping from Germany at the end of march. Saw this at novamusik :evil:

We will see if their "45 days from now (Jan 23 BTW)" Holds true. I hope so, but after their performance on this release, I think not. . . . . . . :roll:

I'm about 48 hours from cancelling my pre-order and putting my money somewhere else. I can always check out the TI when the time comes if I still want a VA.

Well at the risk of enormous ridicule I fancy a Yamaha Tyros. I think I need an arranger for quick ideas (not just trance etc) more than I need another synth right now. I'm also re-assessing if the TI desktop/rack would be better for me than a full keyboard.

Other stuff which has caught my eye recently is the VSynth XT and Nord Modular G2.

The TI would be good but I may return for that later i.e: when its available. 8)

There is also a teeny-weeny gripe that I was 'fooled' back in November.

Sorry to say, but all of you who put down deposits on the TI got sucked in big time.

Access are twiddling their thumbs biding their time, whilst they fix any existing bugs, assess demand for their production runs, check out what the competition is doing and overall continue to build momentum for the final release. I cant blame them in a way, its a competitive market out there.....cliche...: Patience is a virtue ! I am prepared to wait !

Would not doubt that date one bit. When I had mine preordered through guitar center. The last date they gave me before I cancelled it was around april 20th. And they had been on the money every other push back the TI recieved.
I think Aster has hit the nail on the head with them just creating more hype.

I cancelled my order a couple of days ago. I placed it in December but decided I wasn't prepared to be messed around anymore. It is a shame and I am a bit gutted. There are lots of alternatives though and a Waldorf Q should be finding it's way to me this week. It doesn't mean to say I won't get a Ti in the future.
