Hmm yes. Its when you get into your mid 20's that you have to come to terms with the reality of whether you'll end up bald or not.
Im sure I will....my dad has and my hair is pretty thin and I think its slowly receeding. Oh well, such is life.....so much more to worry about in life than the hair on ones head. DS |
And now to the latest update from my distributor!
These are all rumors however.... Creative Soundblaster offer to buy out Access. Thus creating the Virus-blaster TI. New OSC called the Blaster-mega-saw may happen. Also the Virus-blaster can be used as an all in one joypad and gamesound source! Imagine playing games by tweaking knobs and hitting keys - now that's total intergration! The software developement section of Access sticks to their "get things happening" strategy. Basicly this strategy includes bending the truth to the marketing and upper management sections to make sure no one knows at all when the synth will be releaased. Advertising and Marketing decide to keep spending on adds and promos. "After all, glossy pictures with catchy phrases are just as good as the real thing" one Access patch maker was quoted as saying. Next step is a countdown timer for the next advert. Go Access!! Go Access!! |

i heard a rumor too, about microsoft helping access developing the Ti OS, code name: LongHornTiOS (LongAndHornyTotalydisIntegratedOperatingShit) release date: somewhere at the beginning of the 21 century. |

Hollow, haha, does it have enormous latencies, and an added white noise effect on all channels? |

The game pad expansion is really well intergrated and I love playing my favourite games on it. The colour is really cool. Infact I could have bought other keyboard/gamepads, but something to match my curtains is what I was after mainly. Yay Access TI! :D |
Probably just some stupid fuck trying to make a bad name for the Virus (and himself).
also the first time I`ve ever heard of a standard unbalanced synth output burning up a sound card A/D... Best, midi. |

Well priorities are important. Let's hope they add the Wavetables and the Hypersaw to the C series OS before they bring out the TI. They have plenty of time to play around with other Virus versions after all. :D |

fuck me.. 3 weeks away from this board and still the same state. glad I brought a virus c on ebay for the time being.. geesh..
(sorry, didn't mean to rub it in.. ) |
After having been in the industry for over 30 years, I ,ve seen synths take over 2 years to be shipped from the original date and some synths never get shipped at all, just to put things in perspective.

"After having been in the industry for over 30 years, I ,ve seen synths take over 2 years to be shipped from the original date and some synths never get shipped at all, just to put things in perspective."
yes, mr. access employee (ben or marc) - that's true. and it's also true that most of these companies went bankrupt. just to put things in perspective. |

Interesting thoery though..... Seems the paranioa is starting to kick in :) Watch out 303! |
I'd just like to point out that neither Marc nor myself are old enough to have been in the business for over 30 years.
|
hmm, isn't that a misinterpretation of both previous posts, one after another?
Ben doesn't look a day over 35, which would mean he'd been in the industry since he was 5 years old. I'm not sure how old Marc is, but I imagine a similar age to Ben... or... is this the third post in a list of misinterpretations? |
weird, you posted that a second before I did...
haven't we got anything better to do on a sunny sunday morning? |

well in that case, it is conceivable for you to have had your first keyboard on your 7th birthday...
</pushing the joke too far> |
I started piano when I was 4 or 5 - first synth was an SH101 when I was about 15.
|
lucky ****** ;)
