So when you still was a woman you went to have a breast implant surgery. In order to save some money you chose to travel to Romania to have the operation. The Romanian surgeon was a plastic surgeon in a way that he had only cut plastic in his life. That naturally lead the standard breast implant surgery to become something totally awful. After series of repair operations Mrs. Alex Hall decided there is only one option. And that's how Mr. Alex Hall was born.
