What I can say about the sounds so far is that The prophet '08 has many LFO-panning sounds. (Do not have the synth here at my home yet, have it my job office)

Congrats for sure! It's been a while since having any kind of gear lust actually, but that thing is giving me some. I would keep myself away from trying one for the next few months at least I think.
