Andromeda arrives in a day or two... \o/

trying also to pin down a good deal on a Q, they sound amazing, not been able to demo it hands on but listening and watching some of whats on the web and Youtube, very nice.

The andromeda rocks man, i'm so glad to have made this move. The sound quality goes beyond the rest of my synths, even the virus. And I can see now why people choose to go all out analogue.

any andromeda owners out there know where I could download or purchase additional soundsets for this thing?

Welcom to the club! I own an A6 as well and although when they first came out and I tested one in the store I was not impressed but now that I own one I love it's sound! Check out this site http://www.wohmart.com/a6/
It has some useful info and a lot of patches.

Yeah i reckon you made a pretty nioce cnoice there N.
Just reading through this thread for the first time, I was thinking maybe selling up and buying an Analogue monster would go nicely with what you have.

Hope it's all good for you.

What even better than Roland COSM fx?

I have an Alesis Fusion and I must admit - the fx on that are pretty good.

Anyway - congrats with your new toy :)

cheers K

yea the cosm fx are fantastic... though I'm struck with the quality of the reverb and the likes with the Alesis....gives a real smooth depth to the sounds. very nice
