The local supermarket by my house has a little sushi stand in it, next to the seafood department. I get it all the time (with some Ichiban, of course.)
The Japanese lady who is the "Mama-San" (boss lady?) is really cool.
I always ask her for extra wasabe and she loads me up! :D
They start making it fresh every day and place it in a little cooler.
At about 11:00 AM the lunch rush starts, by 1:30 PM it is all gone, everyday, Monday through Friday.
It's like a cow fell into the Amazon!
