It's just the number of posts are increasing with workarounds to help the TIs run smoothly, and I assumed you had brought up the PSU/conditioner topic as a way to help the "blank screen" issue.

After all the subject heading does read "Blank boot up screen news..."

Maybe you misread the subject right?

Always someone else; my point was simply that my TI is always off power when not in use, and I have not experienced any blank screens and as so, it seem obvious that no solution/workaround was declared. Alas not so...

I never had a Blank Screen....My power supply is always off while not in use

I had the blank screen a couple times with older OS's, but haven't seen it yet with the latest.

Me too. Same as Tarakith. Haven't seen a blank screen for months.

This might explain why Access have been slow to realise there is a hardware fault in some units, since so many synths had this fault cleared with a software upgrade.

My first Ti had this problem EVERY time it booted up, I took it back and changed it for another and not had this problem once.

And were these two TI's running the same version of the OS?

If so, that is pretty damning evidence that there is a faulty batch.

Well I'm running the latest OS and I'm still having this problem.

Thank you for your mail. Somebody else came up with the same thing. I definitely can deny any
officical "callback" concerning this. Access is aware of the problem but there definitely is NO callback
action in progress at all. This is simply a rumor and a wrong statement from a shop or a user. Not
sure where this rumor has its beginning.
