yup, laughing my arse off. other derivatives include: lmfao, no description need roflmao, rolling on floor... lmbo, laughing my bollocks/bum off. the word 'bollocks' in general, however, is actually an english thing, i think. shame really, it's rather a splendid word and has countless uses. :) |
Before selling my TI for auction,i will write a mail to consumer services and see what are the options in refunding me ....
If things dont get better,i think ppl should consider this in a worlwide scale...!! Why loosing 400?...If you buy a new car,and it has some kind of braking problems(Mercedes Class A comes to mind),the company/group has to loose money, fix the problem!!!If they dont the product is not ready has advertidsed!!Wich is defenitly illegal !! I will wait for the new OS though, but only 1.1 after this one if things dont get solved,or improve considerably, then i will start my quest for getting back my money... This TI issue is common knowledge these days..A kneighbour?s kid wich is starting making some beats after his father bought him Reason and some speakers  ,sometimes comes to my studio, and even this kid has listened that the new Virus TI is not ok ..It has bugs like he says  Hope access is reading all of our moans, and fix things up ASAP !! |

I think the only Good one that should be used is RTFM ....the rest are just geeting out of hand  |
I doubt access will be able to sort out the problems with the TI bit- There are some rather unpredictable issues with USB1, so this was definitely a bad decision. But I can't imagine access not being able to get that synth stable on its own so that you are at least able to use it as a not integrated synth... unless there are hardware issues that are causing the pops and resurrecting saw noises etc.
|
Access advertised the TI would do this and that but lets face it...False promises.
Still waiting for OS1.1  |

I wonder what "brand/manufacturer" soundcard Access used for the TI. Would be great if they teamed up with RME, Motu, or Echo for the Ti2. |
I think they used a readily available hardware+driver kit that was allready proven to work reliably.
Despite what people have found, my experience with the TI audio is that its the only USB audio interface that I have found to be reliable and glitch free, but then the fixed latency over the USB in this implementation is rediculously high - way higher than most people would set it for comfortable working. |
wow
i just cant believe its going down the way it is! this probably already has ruined access reputation  such a shame. its rather obvious they don't have a working driver yet... they must want to shoot somebody. it would have made a damn good reality TV show to see all these things unfold inside access :o the arguments, the drama, the impending doom. its also amazing that my other integrated synth ..theWALDORF MICROWAVE PC made in 1998 works absolutely great! although it uses a daughter card plugged into an isa slot for connection between the hardware and computer  |
