Do you mean the noisy sweep or the arp pattern? If you mean the arp sound, it's very difficult to do after listening to that clip. The cutoff is almost closed all the time. You can get something very similar with little tweaks but if you want to get the exact sound then you need to listen to the same sound first with the cutoff open to find out the oscillator waves and modulation. The noisy sweep is another story.

JVH means the noisesound because it's much better louder and present in the mix...
to me, it sounds either like a feedbacked sound or like a sound driven through a filter which's almost selfoscillating
yeah im talking about the 'noisesound' not the arp.
Noise running through distortion, band-pass filtered with resonance and modulated cutoff, with maybe a low volume sine wave underneath it to add the increasing modulated pitch.
Or you could try finding a audio sample of the engines of a fuck-off huge jet (747?) when taking off and underlining it with the noise sample.
Or something like that.
