come on u guys, there are several tweakers that have done t for sure...
In my virus b I would set up in 'Multi mode' or 'multi single' mode. Output of part 1 would be Aux1, part 2 would be set to a static input mode in the effects, then that gives you access to more filtering etc. You can set different input modes to use as a vocoder source or other fun stuff but I've only done the first filter trick and it was a long time ago. Don't ask for specifics.

And just in case its not obvious, you want a couple of patch cables connected from one of the aux outs back to the input.
Dunno about the C, but on the TI I use output pair 3 for this purpose, and patch it back to the inputs with a couple of balanced patch leads. Dunno if the C is balanced or not.
OT - For V-Synth owners (as I know theres a few here) - do the same thing - Aux out back to inputs (unbalanced patch leads) - its a way to make it a 3 osc synth :)
BTW - Are you into Hip-pop (or something similar) by any chance?
No, I meant aux as in internal not output.

Just had a look at the C manual - I see what you mean now - the TI seems to have lost the Aux1/2 busses.
Also Input routing to fx only has gone.
Grrrrrr!
